At the prestigious and glamorous ceremony during the Fourth Annual Ball of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria, held on 5 June 2018, the most prestigious business prizes were awarded to CEIBG – Quality, Growth, Innovation from Bulgaria, the event was under the patronage of Prime Minister Boyko Borisov.

The second award in the category ‘Innovation’ was awarded to Rosen Daskalov, Manager of Sin Cars International, for the latest project of the company – the multifunctional platform L City.

The project addresses the problem of environmental pollution by exhaust gases. Following the findings in the field of “dieselgate”, the problem of releasing harmful hydrocarbons into the environment is becoming increasingly risky. This inevitably leads to restrictions already introduced, with some of the big cities already banned from entering cars that do not have a certificate of emissions below a certain threshold. These constraints will continue to be phased in and green areas will most likely be established as soon as possible in central urban areas without road traffic, which in turn will make it more difficult for the public sector to handle goods, courier services, citizens and taxi services. Sin Cars as a young and innovative company is developing a new car platform model that will meet these needs precisely.

The prototype will be presented at the International Motor Show in Geneva in early 2019, and in the same year the platform will be launched. The company’s plan is to reach 10,000 cars per year.
